Lost or Delayed Packages

CYIR is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
